Beautiful city and city hall. The growth of this city is only as good as the people that help run it and those that live here and both are wonderful.

Well me and a business partner were looking to expand our business and open up in Dayton. So we called the city. But while trying to get some info we encountered Ms. Layla Small. She was the rudest most unprofessional person we have encountered before. After dealing with her my partner and I agree that if they let someone like that continue to work there. Then we need to look at other options for our business.
